Malone Procut 3000 MP Disc Mower
Featuring the latest in grassland technology, the Malone Procut 3000 MP disc mower has a 3.0mtr working width, with seven cutting discs, a hydraulic floating suspension, swarth wheels and 4mm cranked heavy duty blade.
With a folding cover for easy access to cutting discs, a friction clutch and overrun protection and shear hub protection mechanism in the cutter bed, it is packed with safety features too.
It has tripod legs to park the mower in a vertical position and indicator lights, plus easy access to hitching of the mower to a tractor.
Malone Mounted Disc Mowers
The Malone mounted disc mower range consists of the Procut 700, Procut 800 and Procut 900 each offering a different cutting width, but all with the same heavy duty galvanised frame and a multi banded belt that prevents slipping and ensures constant power to the heavy duty cutterbar.
Other features include superior floatation, topping skids, galvanised curtain frame and bronze bushing on the main pivot point.
The Procut 700 has a 2.1mtr cutting width, five discs with two 4mm discs per blade, a 1.5mtr swath width, one swath wheel and a 1.75mtr transport width.
The Procut 800 has a 2.4mtr cutting width, six discs with two 4mm discs per blade, a 1.8mtr swath width, two swath wheels and a 1.75mtr transport width.
The Procut 900 has a 2.85mtr cutting width, seven discs with two 4mm discs per blade, a 1.8mtr swath width, two swath wheels and a 1.95mtr transport width.
Malone Trailed Conditioner Mowers
Featuring two models in the range, the Malone Procut 2600 trailed conditioner mower and Malone Procut 3000 trailed conditioner mower, these are ideal for farmers and professional contractors.
With Hardox semi-swing steel tines, adjustable swarth gate, adjustable spreading vanes/gate and 3 position conditioner plate setting, these conditioner mowers are built to last.
Other features include LED lights and work light, easy adjustment of cutting heights, friction and overrun clutch, shear hub discs and heavy duty conditioner bearings.
The Procut 2600 has a 2.6mtr working width, six discs, an adjustable cutting height from 20 to 40mm and a 2.53mtr transport width and requires at least 90hp.
The Procut 3000 has a 3.0mtr working width, seven discs, an adjustable cutting height from 20 to 40mm and a 2.93mtr transport width and requires at least 100hp.
Malone Tedd-Air Tedders
The Malone range of Tedd-Air rotary tedders, enables both farmers and professional contractors to increase dry matter content in crops quickly by speeding up the drying process, which in turn will improve the consistency and quality of the silage.
Designed specifically for forage tedding and spreading by means of rotating spring tines (double hook tines) that are attached to the rotors.
High quality, hugely dependable and outstanding performance are just three of the standout features on the Tedd-Air range. Throw in super floatation that follows land contours closely, headland management and a choice of two models offering working widths of either 5.74mtr or 8.45mtr and you have got the ultimate tedder.
The Tedd-Air 570 has four 1.6 metre diameter rotors with seven tine arms per rotor and double hook tines. It has a working width of 5.74 metres and a working speed up to 15 km/h. Requiring a minimum 70hp, the transport width is 2.78 metres and the transport mode height is 2.60 metres.
The Tedd-Air 840 has six 1.6 metre diameter rotors with seven tine arms per rotor and double hook tines. It has a working width of 8.45 metres and a working speed up to 15 km/h. Requiring a minimum 80hp, the transport width is 2.98 metres and the transport mode height is 3.20 metres.
Malone Self Loading Wagons
Ideal for farmers and contractors, the Malone self loading wagon range feature heavy duty gearboxes, 2 metre pick up reel with five rows of quality tines, tandem axles and a huge load capacity.
Some models have a steering rear axle and hydraulic and air brakes are available. With three models in the range offering capacities from 35m3 to 52m3, whatever size you require, the Malone self loading wagon is the only choice.
The Malone Trojan MT-35 has a capacity of 35m3, a chop length of 40mm, 35 knives, 7 rotor fingers, a hydraulic drawbar and a chain driven rotor drive with a 4 chain floor conveyor.
The Malone Trojan MT-42 has a capacity of 42m3, a chop length of 40mm, 35 knives, 7 rotor fingers, a hydraulic drawbar and a chain driven rotor drive with a 4 chain floor conveyor.
The Malone Trojan MT-52 has a capacity of 52m3, a chop length of 40mm, 35 knives, 7 rotor fingers, a hydraulic drawbar and a chain driven rotor drive with a 4 chain floor conveyor.
Malone Log Splitter
The Malone log splitter has been designed to split even the toughest firewood or timber thanks to its powerful 14 tonne hydraulic ram.
Its compact design and 3-point linkage mounting for easy transport and working of the tractor hydraulic pump, means the log splitter can be used anywhere and to make it ultra safe, you need two hands to keep it running which also helps to reduce potential hand injuries.
It has a large ground plate to offer a stable operation and its heavy duty frame helps to make the log splitter long lasting and give outstanding durability.
You can split up to 12″ height and the double chamfered, wide blade width makes splitting easy.
Malone Post Driver
The Malone post driver has side-tilt nd can quickly drive the biggest of posts into the toughest of ground conditions, helping to eliminate digging and drilling.
With a class leading 350kg hammer weight, the frame is made of H-iron beam to give strength, durability and a long working life.
Featuring a hydraulic ram, steel wire rope, side tilt adjustment, a hydraulic top link and a 3-point linkage system, it is also CE safety approved.
It also has a post cap with post holder spikes offering protection of post and hammer and ground level to 12 foot height without adjustment.
Malone Procut 2000 Topper
The Malone Procut 2000 topper is designed to be used with tractors of 30hp to 60hp and can easy tackle growth up to 30mm in diameter, thanks to its two heavy duty blades which are fixed to a single rotor.
Cutting height can be adjusted by the two side mounted wide based skids and is semi offset. The extra heavy duty hardened blades swing back to avoid foreign objects and the bevel gearbox drive comes with shear bolt protection.
The floating A-Frame allows a clean cut of even pasture and the gearbox is specifically designed for this type of machine as it has an extended bearing housing and heavy duty bearings to support the cutting rotor.
